Jacquiline Jomy, also known as Jacquiline Joy, has extensive experience in service delivery and account management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Parallo since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jacquiline held various positions at Zintel from 2013 to 2022, including Retention Account Manager, Operations Team Lead, and Provisioning Specialist. Earlier experience includes the role of ASR at Zintel Communications from May 2012 to August 2013. Jacquiline holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Kerala University, Thiruvananthapuram, completed in 2004, and has a foundational education in Information Technology from St Thomas Central School.
