Emily Whitaker

Emily Whitaker has a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Randolph-Macon College. Emily has a diverse professional background with experience in teaching English to Spanish speakers, coordinating fundraising events, and working in client relations and customer service roles at Parallon. In their current position as Director of Client Relations at Parallon, Emily oversees external collections and customer service departments. Prior to their current role, Emily served as the Assistant Director of External Collections, Manager of Customer Service, and Team Lead for Outpatient Service Coordinator. Additionally, Emily has experience as an Events Intern at the National Kidney Foundation and as an Office of International Education Assistant at Randolph Macon College.
