Laura DeMotte

Laura DeMotte is the Vice President of Human Resources for Parallon and HealthTrust. She is responsible for the strategic development and execution of human resources initiatives and programs and serves as the HR business partner to Parallon and HealthTrust executives.

Laura joined HCA in 2007 as the Vice President of Human Resources at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. In 2014, she moved to the South Atlantic Division office where she served as Director of Organizational Development and was instrumental in the launch of oneHR. Most recently, Laura served as Regional Vice President of Human Resources for HCA’s Capital Division from 2016 to 2018 where she led strategies which drove improved employee engagement, RN retention and recruitment.

Laura holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from Binghamton University and completed the Advanced Human Resources Executive Program at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2017.
