Lesha Hight, MBA, RTT, CHRC, has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as Corporate Director of Billing Integrity at Parallon since March 2013. Prior roles at Parallon include Director and Manager of Revenue Compliance and Revenue Integrity Lead, focusing on radiation oncology. Previously, Lesha worked as a Radiation Therapist at Vanderbilt Cancer Treatment Centers and held advocacy and claims roles at the Vanderbilt Coalition for Healthy Aging and West Corporation, respectively. Educational achievements include an MBA in Healthcare from Belmont University, a Master's Program in Medical Dosimetry from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Middle Tennessee State University, and certification in Radiation Therapy from Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
