Shawn Chisholm

Shawn Chisholm currently serves as the AVP for HR Service Center and IT Service Desk at Parallon, a position held since July 2022, where coordination with HCA and Parallon leaders focuses on aligning strategies and technologies for customer support. Previously, Shawn was the Regional Director of Customer Support and IT&S Director of Customer Experience at HCA Healthcare from August 2015 to July 2022, emphasizing excellent customer service within IT&S operations. Shawn's earlier career includes roles such as Deputy Director of Data, Information Systems, and Support for the North Central Texas Trauma Regional Advisory Council and Co-Founder/Director of IS at EMERGICON, along with a Flight Paramedic/Director of IT position at CareFlite. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Organizational Development from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor's in Public Safety and Emergency Management from Grand Canyon University.
