July Silva possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Director of Finance at CASA and holding the position of Assistant Controller at Paralyzed Veterans of America. Previously, July served as Director of Finance in several organizations, including Cordia Resources, the National Council of Jewish Women, and the Alliance for Justice, where responsibilities encompassed full charge accounting, payroll, audit, and organizational enhancement. A finance consultant for nonprofits at one point, July also worked as a Financial Manager at Excelencia in Education, where systems were developed for operational guidance. Early in July's career at SunTrust, July excelled as a Licensed Banker and VP Branch Manager, leading a high-performing sales team. July holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Strayer University and an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming from Universidad Catolica Santo Domingo.
