Andy Wiesner

Andy Wiesner graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stout in 2007 and gained significant real estate experience working on-site at properties since the early age of thirteen. Andy joined Paramark on a full time basis in 2007 as a member of the compliance staff and quickly moved into a Regional Property Manager position. Andy earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 2012, and also holds a Minnesota Real Estate Salesperson license. Andy became a shareholder in Paramark in 2015, and currently acts as the Director of Residential Property Management. He oversees a staff of nine Regional Property Managers and over 6,200 residential units.
