Giel-Jan van Braam

Giel-Jan van Braam has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Giel-Jan started their career at Taekwondo Bond Nederland as a Teacher, where they worked until 2007. In 1998, they joined Amafilter as a Laboratory Manager, responsible for coordinating laboratory and trial work, designing filtration systems, and providing technical sales support. After 12 years at Amafilter, Giel-Jan moved to Biodiesel Amsterdam in 2010, where they served as an Operations Manager. Giel-Jan then transitioned to Paramelt in 2012 and held various roles, including Operations Manager, Operations Director, and currently, as the Chief Operations Officer. Throughout their career, Giel-Jan has gained expertise in operations management, process design, sales support, and teaching.

Giel-Jan van Braam earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in 1996. Giel-Jan later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Engineering Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology, which they completed in 2008.
