Bernard M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Bernard currently holds the position of Head of EMEA Global Broking Product Management at Parameta Solutions, where they collaborate with the TP-ICAP Global Broking business to introduce new data solutions to capital markets. Prior to this, Bernard worked as a Senior Product Manager at Duco, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that products meet customer requirements. Bernard also served as a Senior Project Manager at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), leading project teams and engaging with regulators to clarify requirements. Bernard's earlier roles include Product Manager at IHS Markit, where they managed product delivery and developed reference data, and Client Operations Lead, providing support for trade submissions and coordinating system stress testing. Bernard also worked as a Project Management Officer at Deutsche Bank and as a Derivatives Analyst, where they worked closely with traders and sales teams and specialized in trade confirmation.

Bernard M. completed their Master's degree in Marketing at the University of Birmingham, from 2006 to 2007. Bernard later pursued another Master's degree in Management and Investment Strategy at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Bernard obtained certifications including CybSafe Certification in Security Awareness from CybSafe in 2021, PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2020, and Certified User Experience Specialist (CUSX) from QA Ltd in 2015.
