Serena Johnstone, CFP®, has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Serena started their career at Empirical Wealth Management in 2007 as an Investment Management Intern and later became a Finance Manager. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Financial Advisor. In 2013, Serena joined Parametric as a Client Relations Supervisor and eventually progressed to the position of Regional Representative in Wealth Management Sales and Service. Serena then served as a Product Manager from 2018 to 2019 and was promoted to Senior Product Manager in 2019. Currently, Serena holds the position of Director of Product Management at Parametric, starting in January 2022. Their significant experience in various roles within the financial industry showcases their expertise and skill in product management and wealth management sales.

Serena Johnstone, CFP®, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration, specialized in Finance and International Business, from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. In 2006, they also attended Peking University to study Mandarin language. Serena has obtained multiple certifications, including the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in May 2012, the Accredited Asset Management Specialist® certification in November 2011, and the Series 7 certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in November 2016.
