Scott Vansickle

Scott VanSickle is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance, operations, and entrepreneurship. As the founder of RailTie LLC since September 2015, Scott successfully developed and launched a railroad-themed yard game called RailTie on KickStarter, highlighting a passion for innovative design and teamwork. In addition to entrepreneurial pursuits, Scott has worked as an Operations Analyst at Parametric since March 2014, and held various roles at Columbia Management, including Settlement Specialist and Accounting Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a Revenue Tax Specialist for the State of Minnesota and contributing to several positions in financial analysis and accounting, including internships and student roles at Xcel Energy and the University of Minnesota Duluth. Scott holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Accounting, along with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
