Nadine Appenbrink

Nadine Appenbrink is a Senior Transportation Planner at Parametrix since September 2020, with previous experience as a Co-Founder of Utility Zero Waste, Portland's first low-waste refill shop, from February 2019 to December 2021. Prior roles include Multimodal Planning Project Manager at Jacobs and Urban Planner/Senior Project Manager at Fregonese Associates, where expertise includes scenario-based land use planning and community engagement. Nadine's earlier career includes positions as an Environmental Scientist at Larsen & Associates and various roles in urban planning, beginning with a Planning Intern at Portland State University. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Urban Planning from Portland State University and a BA in Environmental Science from The University of Kansas, alongside a Sustainable Design certificate from Ecosa Institute.
