Tom LaRose started their work experience as an Internal Audit Manager at California Water Service Company in 2004. In this role, they designed and implemented the company's Sarbanes-Oxley, section 404 compliance program. Tom received a favorable attestation from the company's outside CPA firm in its first year-end public filing. Tom then moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer at Paramit Corporation in 2005. In this position, they successfully negotiated the establishment of the company's foreign operations and completed an ESOP transaction that resulted in a net gain of $21.4 million for the shareholders.
Tom LaRose completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University from 1967 to 1969. Tom then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at Santa Clara University from 1973 to 1975. Additionally, they obtained another MBA in Taxation from Golden Gate University from 1975 to 1976.
