Operations and Supply Chain Management

The Operations and Supply Chain Management team at Paramit is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement to production. They ensure seamless quote and order management, strategic sourcing, and efficient manufacturing operations to support the scaling from NPI to full production of FDA-registered medical devices and instruments. The team collaborates to manage supplier relationships, ensure quality compliance, and drive operational efficiency.
