Margarita Cabal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food and pharmaceutical industries. As Co-Founder and Crunch Executive Officer at Paramo Snacks since September 2018, Margarita oversees the development of wholesome snacks that emphasize social and environmental responsibility. Concurrently, Margarita serves as Founder and Executive Director of PARAMO FARMS, established in November 2015, focusing on organic vegetable production without synthetic chemicals. Margarita's previous roles include Business Unit Lead at Pfizer, where successful management of vaccine operations was demonstrated, and various marketing leadership positions at BlueMessaging, Novartis, Sanofi, Merck, and Warner Lambert, showcasing a robust background in marketing strategy and business development across multiple regions. Margarita holds a BS in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
