Holly Holmes-Uniacke, M.A., ACC, currently serves as the VP of People & Culture at Paramount Commerce, focusing on enhancing payment technology solutions. Previously, as Senior Director of People at Wealthsimple, Holly led HR initiatives across Canada, the US, and the UK to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. With extensive experience in people, culture, and research, Holly has held key roles including Director of People at ShipperBee and Manager of Employee Experience at Miovision, where strategic frameworks for performance management and leadership development were established. Holly’s background includes significant contributions at Canadian Blood Services, the Government of Canada, and Transport Canada. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Organizational Psychology and multiple coaching certifications from Erickson Coaching International.
