Madeline Rosario

Madeline Rosario has a diverse work experience in human resources and recruitment, starting in 2007 with a role as a Staffing Manager at Act-1. Madeline progressed through roles at University of Phoenix as an Enrollment Counselor and at Poise Inc as a Research Analyst and Sourcing Technical Recruiter. Madeline then worked at Microsoft as an HR Business Partner before moving on to positions at Kelly Services, Adventist Health System, Heartland Dental, and Paramount Hospitality Management, LLC. Their roles ranged from recruiter to director positions, showcasing their expertise in talent acquisition and HR management.

Madeline Rosario completed a Certification in Employment Laws from SHRM in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing from Universidad del Turabo between 2001 and 2005.
