Hendy Widiyanto

Hendy Widiyanto is an accomplished professional in Human Resources and Organizational Development with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Organization Development & Talent Management Manager at PT Paramount Enterprise International since December 2022, Hendy has designed and implemented programs that align with the company's vision. Previous roles include HR & GA General Manager at Intibios Lab, Klinik & Farmasi, and HC Services Manager at PT Paramount Enterprise International, among others. Hendy has a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations, supported by a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung.
