Lara Rausch

Lara Rausch is an experienced professional in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Credit Operations at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. since October 2011. In this role, Rausch ensures that loan product guidelines meet agency and investor requirements and collaborates with senior management on credit policies while overseeing PRMG University, which provides training for staff. Prior to this, Rausch held the position of Assistant Vice President in Technical Support Services at BrooksAmerica Mortgage from February 1996 to November 2007, where responsibilities included working on the development of mortgage-related software. Rausch's career began at PIB Mortgage Company, where work encompassed various functions in funding and underwriting. Rausch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
