Earl Galan

Earl Galan is a seasoned geophysicist with extensive experience in seismic interpretation and geoscientific analysis across multiple prestigious companies. Currently serving as a Senior Geophysicist at Paramount Resources since August 2022, Earl previously held the position of Senior Geoscientist at ORLEN Upstream Canada, where responsibilities included seismic interpretation for well placement and geohazard identification. Earl's career at Shell spanned nearly 14 years, during which contributions included geohazard assessments, microseismic interpretation, and the development of seismicity management protocols. Earl holds a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics and Seismology from the University of Alberta, showcasing a solid foundation in the field.
