Carly Brechner

Carly Brechner is a freelance writer at Betches Media, creating articles on pop culture topics and producing high-quality content under tight deadlines. With a background as an editorial intern, Carly has experience in copy editing and social media management, boosting engagement for Betches’ accounts. Currently serving as an Arts Staff Writer for The Michigan Daily, Carly covers local events and collaborates with editors to refine writing skills. Additional roles include Communications Chair for Students for Holocaust Awareness, Vice President of Scholarship for Sigma Delta Tau, and previous positions at Carly's Campus Media and MASH Magazine. Carly is pursuing a B.A. in Communications and Media at the University of Michigan, complemented by a minor in Writing.
