Joy Davis Fair

Joy Davis Fair is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Communications, Impact and Social Responsibility at Paramount since October 2022. Prior to this role, Joy held positions at New York Road Runners as the Director of Internal Communications and at Glossier, Inc. as the Head of Internal Communications. Joy's extensive experience at Nike included various roles such as North America Manager, Employee Communications & Experiences, Communications Manager, and Media Relations Manager for the NYC and East Territory. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Director of Public Relations at Cynthia Rowley and roles at BPMW Agency as a Senior Public Relations Account Executive and Events Director, along with being an Account Executive and Events Manager. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completed in 1998.
