Karla Paz Mobray

Karla Paz Mobray is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Paramount, specializing in the Marketing & Communications vertical. Previously, they served as a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Viacom, where they managed a comprehensive recruiting function and developed diverse talent pipelines. Prior to that, Karla was a Recruitment Manager at Deloitte, overseeing high-volume recruiting and participating in diversity initiatives. Currently, they are pursuing a BBA in Human Resource Management from the City University of New York-Baruch College.
