Kimberly Sluijter

Kimberly Sluijter currently serves as the Manager of Global Content Operations at Paramount, overseeing a team of 14 FTE responsible for content and metadata management across 160 international linear channels and various streaming services in over 100 countries. Prior to this role, Kimberly held multiple positions at ViacomCBS, including Global Content Operations Supervisor and Content Operations Supervisor for Comedy & Entertainment, where responsibilities included supervising teams and managing content processes for networks such as MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount, and Nickelodeon. Kimberly's career began with administrative support roles at Viacom and included an internship in event organization, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Event Organisation from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
