Eric Wesley has a diverse and extensive work experience. Eric is currently the CEO of Parasanti and runs their own independent consulting firm, Eric Wesley Strategies, LLC. In 2020, they held the position of Executive Vice President at Flyer Defense, LLC. Prior to that, Wesley served as the Director of the Futures and Concepts Center at Army Futures Command, where they led a large organization and was responsible for analyzing global security, developing strategies for modernization, and implementing change.
