Laura Bateman

Laura Bateman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and business operations. Since February 2016, Laura has held multiple leadership roles at Parasol Alliance, including Client Services Manager, Vice President Of Operations, and Director of PMO & Business Analysis, demonstrating expertise in managing business systems, application development, and end-user support. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Applications Analyst at NorthShore University HealthSystem and Applications Manager at CJE SeniorLife, where Laura successfully implemented critical business systems and facilitated training and technical documentation. Earlier roles in human resources further showcase Laura’s ability to manage recruitment, employee development, and benefits administration.
