Scott Donnelly

Scott Donnelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management. As the Head of Support at Parasym since June 2025, Scott has been responsible for overseeing all post-sale functions and leading teams including Implementation Consultants and Customer Success Managers. Prior to this role, Scott served as the Customer & Marketing Operations Enablement Manager at SiteMinder and as Head of Customer and Digital Operations at Total Synergy, where strategic direction and process ownership were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles at MyRepublic Australia and the NSW Electoral Commission, where Scott focused on customer experience optimization and call center management. Scott holds a Bachelor of Creative Technology from JMC Academy, earned between 2011 and 2013.
