Lauren Stanton

Lauren Stanton has a comprehensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Lauren started as a Practice Manager and later worked as an Account Executive and Project Coordinator at Management Recruiters International from July 1998 to December 2002. Lauren then became the Managing Partner and Executive Recruiter at PrincetonOne from January 2003 to May 2012. Lauren joined Tunnell Consulting, Inc. in 2013 and worked in talent acquisition and management until 2017. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Paratek Pharmaceuticals.

Lauren Stanton received a Bachelor's degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from The Pennsylvania State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Prior to their college education, they attended Great Valley High School, but no specific degree or field of study is available for that period.
