Tom Racobaldo

Tom Racobaldo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tom began their career as an Internal Sales Representative at The Hartford, where they were responsible for client maintenance and business expansion for annuity sales. Tom then transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, starting as a Pharmaceutical Representative at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions. Over the years, they worked their way up to roles such as Manager, Director, and Sr. Director of Client Services & Field Operations, where they managed teams and handled various functions related to sales operations and client relations. In 2017, they joined Amplity Health as the National Director, leading a multi-channel commercial launch program within the anti-infective therapeutic area. Currently, Tom is employed at Paratek Pharmaceuticals, where they have held positions such as Regional Business Director, Senior Regional Business Director, and Executive Director of National Hospital Sales. Their roles at Paratek Pharmaceuticals demonstrate their expertise in sales and leadership within the healthcare industry.
