Tulio Jacinto

Tulio Jacinto currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Paratus - Internet Technologies Angola, where Tulio is a member of the Executive Committee. With a diverse career spanning over two decades, Tulio has held significant leadership roles including Information Systems Director at WeeConnect and Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Paratus, where Tulio also contributed to the Executive Committee. Previous positions include Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Technical Officer at Angola Telecom E.P., where Tulio focused on business reorganization and operational improvement. Tulio has also held leadership titles at SSI Angola, Angola Cables, SDGB, and the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, and has an educational background with an MBA from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and a Licentiate in Informatics from Universidade Lusófona.
