Elizabeth M. Adams

Elizabeth M. Adams has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Elizabeth M. is currently an Affiliate Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI), where they contribute to research and projects related to artificial intelligence. Simultaneously, they run their own company, EMA Advisory Services, as the CEO, Advisor, and Keynote Speaker. Their company offers training and advisory services to help leaders adopt responsible AI solutions.

Prior to their current positions, Adams served as the Chief AI Ethics Advisor at Paravision, where they provided guidance on the ethical implications of artificial intelligence. Elizabeth M. also worked as a consultant to the United Nations, specifically as a key constituent of Roundtable 3C on Artificial Intelligence. In this role, they contributed to the development of recommendations and actions for the international community in the field of digital cooperation.

Adams has also been involved in academia and public service. Elizabeth M. served as a Practitioner Fellow at Stanford University, focusing on race and technology. At Delta Global Services, they served as a Performance Manager, overseeing various functions and implementing agile practices. At Eagle Ray, Inc., they worked as a Senior Consultant for the Defense Intelligence Agency, leading technology initiatives and project management efforts.

From 2021 to 2024, Elizabeth attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they pursued an Executive Doctor of Business Administration degree in the field of study called Leadership of Responsible AI™.
