Kamil Chaudhary

Kamil Chaudhary is the current General Counsel at Paravision. Prior to this, they were with Alfresco for 5 years and 7 months, where they held the positions of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and Assistant General Counsel. Some of their notable achievements include leading a cross-functional security incident management team, representing the company in its sale to Thomas H. Lee Partners, and advising on the structuring and approval of all revenue-related transactions.

Before Alfresco, Kamil was a Founding Member of TechGC, an independent peer community for General Counsels. Kamil was with Paravision for 2 years and 5 months, where they held the positions of General Counsel and SVP, Data Acquisition, and General Counsel. Some of their notable achievements during their time with Paravision include designing and implementing the company's GDPR compliance program, and developing and implementing company-wide processes with a focus on financial controls, GDPR, and export.

Kamil Chaudhary attended Duke University School of Law from 2006-2009, where they were involved in the South Asian Law Students Association, Duke Forum for Law and Social Change, and Duke Start-Up Challenge. Kamil then attended the University of Southern California from 2002-2006, where they studied business administration and was a member of the Trojan Consulting Group and Trojan Debate Squad. Kamil graduated from Pace Academy in 2002 with a high school diploma.
