Nicolle Randall is an experienced recruitment professional and business owner. Currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at PARC Engineering Pty Ltd since April 2024, Nicolle has held various talent acquisition roles, including Talent Acquisition Superintendent at Barminco and Harrier Talent Solutions, and Recruitment Manager at Warrikal and AusGroup Limited.
