Wanshu (Serena) HE

Wanshu (Serena) HE has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Wanshu (Serena) began their career as an Activity Organizer at Politecnico di Milano in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Short-term Visiting Scholar at Wright State University and also served as a Teaching Assistant at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where they received the "Excellent Teaching Assistant Award." In 2017, they joined the Hong Kong X-Tech Startup Platform as an Assistant Manager and later took on the role of Campus Ambassador. Wanshu (Serena)'sresponsibilities included branding, promoting the platform, organizing startup activities, and managing inter-university collaborations. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Flexport, starting as a Global Operation Associate and eventually becoming a Senior Operations Excellence Associate. Wanshu (Serena) played a key role in customer engagement and led the development and implementation of a customer NPS system, resulting in a significant improvement in NPS scores. In 2020, they joined Lalamove as a Product Manager, where they focused on building end-to-end capabilities for the subsidy platform, implementing smart selling features, and refining the order experience. Currently, in 2022, they are employed as a Product Manager - Machine Learning at Parcel Perform.

Wanshu (Serena) Wanshu (Serena) obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano between 2012 and 2015. Wanshu (Serena) then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they also attended Wright State University for a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Serena obtained the Agile Software Development certification from LinkedIn in July 2020. Wanshu (Serena) also achieved the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from PeopleCert in August 2020. Furthermore, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2020.
