Krikor Dedeyan started their work experience in 2019 as a Remote Support Engineer at Johnson Controls, where they worked until 2022. They then joined Parcel Tracker in 2022 as an Operations Manager, utilizing their expertise in managing parcels, mail, and deliveries in various industries. Parcel Tracker is notable for its AI-based parcel management tool that can accurately identify the correct tenant for each package, regardless of the courier or shop it came from.

Krikor Dedeyan has pursued studies in Computer Science at Seneca College.
