Teena Dongol has worked in the software engineering industry since 2011. Teena began their career as an Associate Software Engineer at Verscend Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2011, where they were responsible for requirement analysis, preparation and execution of test cases, and reporting bugs. In 2012, they moved to Verscend Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (Nepal) as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for requirement analysis, creating and maintaining manual and automated test scripts, test data, test cases, and scenarios for SQA process. In 2015, they returned to Verscend Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents, creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans, test strategies and test cases/scripts, and estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities. In 2018, they joined ParcelPoint as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, where they were responsible for assisting in the planning and scheduling of roadmaps and iteration plans, reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents, and defining and developing product and platform test strategies and standards.

Teena Dongol completed a Bachelor in Computer Engineering at Kantipur City College from 2006 to 2011. Teena obtained a Certified Agile Tester from iSQI GmbH and the International Software Quality Institute in October 2014. In 2016, they completed a Data Science Specialization from Coursera Course Certificates, as well as certifications in Data Science Capstone, Developing Data Products, Practical Machine Learning, Regression Models, Statistical Inference, Exploratory Data Analysis, Reproducible Research, Getting and Cleaning Data, and R Programming. In August 2017, they obtained an Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate from Oracle.
