Yoav Ratzon possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and automation engineering within the fintech industry. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Lead and Automation Engineer at Pepper since February 2017, previous roles include QA Team Leader at eToro and QA and Automation Team Leader at Leverate. At Leverate, Yoav led a quality assurance team focused on a significant trading system product, overseeing the automation process and managing multiple back-office products.
