Natàlia Gonzàlez Donate has over twenty-eight years of work experience. Natàlia began their career in 1992 as a Supply Manager for SAM GROUP. In 2002, they moved to MicroBlanc as a Licensing Pre-Sales Software, where they were certified in Microsoft Software Asset Management and Licensing Specialist. Natàlia was responsible for customers' licensing assessment, software maintenance renewals in SMB&P market and Large Accounts, as well as SMB&P and LAR agreements management. In 2007, they joined Informatica as a Field Marketing Coordinator Iberia, where they were responsible for business development and pipeline generation through lead follow-up and cold calling. In 2014, they joined Parclick as the Chief Commercial Officer, General Manager Iberia, and Customer Service & Business Development Manager Spain. As a Business Development Executive, they were responsible for acquiring new clients and developing the existing client portfolio. Natàlia identified and engaged prospects via social networking by proactive calling and emailing them, and created and delivered highly targeted email and internet marketing campaigns.

Natàlia Gonzàlez Donate began their educational journey in 1997, when they earned a Diplomada in Ciencias Empresariales from Universitat de Barcelona. In 2011, they completed a Master in Dirección y Comunicación de Márqueting from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a PDD 2020 - Program for management development from IESE Business School.
