Joseph Pomaranski

Joe Pomaranski is a strategic advisor and consultant who brings over 40 years of automotive aftermarket industry experience having held senior roles at Tenneco, Federal Mogul, Cooper Automotive and Champion Spark Plug. He currently operates Pomaranski Consulting, which specializes in a wide range of practice areas, including go-to-market strategy development, channel partner strategies, sales process optimization, marketing programs, product management, and executive coaching and mentoring.

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Tenneco where he was responsible for overseeing the company's aftermarket business worldwide with full responsibility for the business including engineering, sales/marketing, finance, strategic planning and business development. Prior to 2014, Joe served as Vice President and General Manager of Tenneco's North America Aftermarket division where he was responsible for the company's aftermarket business in North America. Prior to 2008, Joe was Vice President of Sales of Tenneco's North America Aftermarket division.

Prior to his two decades with Tenneco, Joe worked for Federal Mogul where he held the position of Director of Sales, Special Markets. Prior to that, he worked for Cooper Automotive as Vice President of Sales for the Traditional and Retail business. His career began with Champion Spark Plug where he held various positions from 1977 to 1998.

Joe holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Salem College in Salem, West Virginia, and serves on several industry boards and committees.
