Nathaniel Koloc

Nathaniel Koloc has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Nathaniel is currently the Managing Director at Pardon Inc., where they oversee a portfolio of flagship companies in digital media, real estate, contemporary fine art, and early-stage investments. In this role, they actively support founders in building brands centered around health & wellness, lifestyle & community, travel & hospitality, and the arts.

Prior to joining Pardon Inc., Nathaniel founded Formidable, a boutique strategy consultancy & executive search firm. Nathaniel worked with funded startups and established companies, helping them build powerful teams during periods of rapid growth.

Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President of People at The Future Company, where they led all aspects of people operations for a new team of researchers, analysts, designers, and entrepreneurs. During their tenure, the team grew from 3 to 35 people in just 15 months.

Nathaniel also had a significant role in the political sphere, working as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development for Hillary for America. Nathaniel led recruiting operations and talent development programs for the national campaign, hiring staff at headquarters and field organizers. Nathaniel was instrumental in improving manager effectiveness scores by 40% in 12 months.

As the Chief Executive Officer of ReWork, a mission-driven recruiting firm, Nathaniel founded the company and grew it to a team of 10 people, achieving a $1 million run rate. ReWork was later acquired by Koya Leadership Partners.

Throughout their professional journey, Nathaniel has participated in various programs and fellowships, including being an Executive Program Alumni at Singularity University and a Fellow at StartingBloc.

Nathaniel Koloc pursued their education, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Human Impact Studies from the University of Vermont. This took place from 2004 to 2008. After gaining this undergraduate degree, they continued their academic journey by enrolling in the Blekinge Institute of Technology. Between 2010 and 2011, they completed a Masters of Science degree in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability at the institute.
