Currently, Carl serves as the Vice President at Pare Corporation, where Carl oversees the firm's Transportation Division, emphasizing in highway and traffic engineering. Carl's responsibilities include managing staff, conducting quality control/assurance reviews, engineering design, and business development within the Transportation Division.
