Brenda Raatz has been working in the finance industry for over 25 years. Brenda. started their career in 1994 as an Accountant at Thomas A. Bauer & Associates, where they completed monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for diverse clients in the manufacturing and service industry, managed relationships with clients, and prepared corporate, payroll, and individual tax returns. In 2002, they joined The Johnsson Group Inc. as a Senior Staff Accountant/Staff Accountant, where they supported the CFO with accounting and financial reporting, and handled all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll Operations. In 2009, they were promoted to Director of Finance at The Johnsson Group/PRGX USA Inc., where they handled the preparation of all monthly financial reports, ensured accuracy of balance sheet accounts, and managed all accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll operations. In 2011, they became a Consultant at AddVantage Group. In 2012, they were appointed Vice President of Business Administration at Parent Petroleum.

Brenda Raatz obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska between 1976 and 1980.
