Allison Whalen is the CEO and co-founder of Parentaly, a company that ensures business continuity and career growth for employees taking parental leave. Prior to this, Allison held various leadership roles at Managed by Q, including VP of Expansion and General Manager of Chicago. Allison also served as Director of Business Development at SHMT and Migreat. Allison has a strong educational background with an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
