John Lemire

John Lemire has over 30 years of diverse work experience in the insurance and financial industry. John'smost recent role was as the VP of Sales at Parento starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, Head of Sales and Account Management at ReedGroup, a Guardian company, from June 2020 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for new business acquisition and customer retention goals, achieving a 15% increase in retention rate. John also oversaw sales operations functions such as business planning and strategy.

Before ReedGroup, John worked at Lincoln Financial Group from May 2018 to December 2019 as the VP of National Account Sales. John managed the sales team and secured new business acquisitions. John also developed and maintained strategic relationships with top national brokers and consultants.

At Liberty Mutual Insurance, John held multiple roles from 1990 to 2018. John started as a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster and progressed through various positions including Claims Team Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Claims Office Manager, and Disability Claims Operation Manager. Eventually, they became the Managing Director, National Accounts Sales & Account Management, overseeing all aspects of sales and key account management for national customers and prospects. John also served as the SVP, Chief Claims Officer and VP, Business Distribution & Analytics, where they implemented alternative distribution channels and increased annual revenue by $10 million.
