Shobha Managoli

Shobha Managoli has been working in various roles since 2008. Shobha began their career as a Founder Member of Sukrut Human and Organization Consultants Pvt Ltd, a group that assesses and designs customized intervention training programs for corporate and educational institutions. In 2012, they took on the role of Mentor and Coach at Infopace Management Pvt Ltd, and also became the Properitor of The Space Experience & Explore (TSEE), a firm that provides customized solutions to the wide range of target groups of the society. In 2013, Shobha became the Managing Partner and Chief Mentor at The Bridge. Most recently, in 2015, they took on the role of Head - Parenting Practice at Parentof, a funded startup aimed at simplifying parenting for urban Indian parents.

Shobha Managoli obtained their M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences between 1988 and 1990.
