Tiedra Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Tiedra started their career as a Clinical Associate at Bancroft Neurohealth from September 2002 to July 2004, where they provided therapeutic plans and services to children with disabilities and conducted research. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an Assistant GSM at Port Discovery Children's Museum. In 2011, they joined the York Community Progress Council as a Home Based Coordinator, supervising a team of 8 staff members and ensuring program excellence in meeting national standards. Tiedra then joined the Center for Schools and Communities in 2015, where they held various roles including Family Support Coordinator and Family Support Technical Assistance Coordinator until July 2018. Tiedra Marshall earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology/Painting from Temple University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Tiedra later pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Towson University from 2005 to 2007.
