Wendy Mirbod is the VP of Customer Success at ParentSquare. Wendy has over 9 years of experience in educational technology, including curriculum design, professional development, and student support.
Wendy began their career as a Technology Curriculum Specialist for the Santa Barbara School Districts, where they taught technology skills to students in grades TK-6. Wendy also developed student programs that aligned with grade level curriculum, and supported teachers with technology-related professional development classes and parent training.
In February 2014, Wendy transitioned to the Santa Barbara Unified School District as their Educational Technology Training Specialist. In this role, they served as the project lead for educational technology initiatives, providing training to teachers, parents and students on research, professional development, and technology integration. Wendy remained in this role until July 2015.
Wendy then joined ParentSquare, where they have been working as the VP of Customer Success since August 2015. In this role, Wendy manages a team of customer success managers who provide support and guidance to ParentSquare customers. Wendy is also responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
