Morten Kvalshaugen

Morten Kvalshaugen is currently the Head of Shipping & Offshore at Pareto Bank ASA, a position held since August 2018, where responsibilities include managing the Shipping & Offshore credit division, focusing on portfolio growth and relationship management within the sector. Prior to this role, Morten served as Investment Director Maritime at Klaveness Marine from August 2010 to August 2018, overseeing investment management of maritime assets and the complete deal cycle. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President and Investment Manager at Norwegian Car Carriers AS, Manager Financial Controlling at The Torvald Klaveness Group, and Group Accounting Controller at Telenor. Morten's early career featured a position as Associate/Senior at Ernst & Young. Morten holds an MBA in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and a Master of Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School.
