Daisy Lloyd is an experienced account and facilities manager with a strong background in client services and operational support. Currently serving as an Account Manager for ASOS at Pareto Facilities Management Ltd since March 2017, Daisy previously managed helpdesk operations for ZSL at London and Whipsnade Zoo. At NG Bailey, Daisy was a Service Desk Controller for The Grosvenor Estate, overseeing high-end properties in Mayfair and Belgravia. Earlier experience includes a role as Helpdesk Coordinator at NSPCC, where Daisy was instrumental in establishing and managing the FM Helpdesk for national buildings. Daisy also took a career break in 2015 to travel through South East Asia, Indonesia, and Australia, during which time qualifications as a PADI open water scuba diver were earned.
