João Elliot has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. João started their career as the Assistant to the National Olympic Committee at the Virgin Islands Olympic Committee in 2016. João then worked as an Assistant to the National Paralympic Committee at the National Paralympic Committee Cuba in 2016.
In 2017, João worked as a Snack Bar Cashier at Troys Hospitality Staff, where they operated the cash register and served customers at shows and events. João also worked as a Bartender at The Cuban Place during the same year.
In the same year, they joined Nibo as an Analyst of Planning, where they developed and implemented a new process in the Commercial department. Additionally, they collaborated with a senior developer to create automations and monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in real time. João also briefly worked as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Nibo.
From 2017 to 2018, João worked as an Analyst of Intelligence at Escola Eleva, where they were involved in various tasks such as planning the new daily routine of the school, anticipating hiring needs for new teachers, and creating the annual timetable for approximately 3,000 students. João also organized and created internal control spreadsheets and implemented the Urânia software.
In 2019, João joined the Instituto Dr. Tigre as part of the Sales Operations, where they focused on creating a chatbot with message sequences to convert ideal clients, developing the commercial process, and negotiating tools and contracts.
In 2021, João worked as a Videomaker before joining SRB Negócios in 2022 as a Sales Executive. João was responsible for driving sales and achieving targets at SRB Negócios.
Currently, João is employed at Pareto, starting in 2022. João is involved in the Development of New Business, where they are responsible for exploring new opportunities and driving growth for the company.
João Elliot's education history includes a range of programs and fields of study. In 2014, they enrolled in Ibmec and completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which they pursued until 2018. Following this, in 2021, they attended Senac RJ for a Technical Education program, specializing in Camera Operation. Later, in 2023, João enrolled in a short-term extension course at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, where they focused on Advertising Text: Offline and Online Media.
